Sensual Foundations: Floorwork Edition by Luisa🌹This bootcamp is an immersive introduction to floorwork, focused on learning how to move across the floor with elegance, control, and enjoyment.
Guided by Luisa, you will explore how to stay connected to the ground while drawing different kinds of shapes with your body. Through intentional solo and partner-based exercises, you will expand your movement vocabulary, develop creativity, and learn to express yourself with more ease and confidence.
The session will culminate in a flowy choreo, allowing you to integrate the tools, qualities, and sensations explored throughout the training into a cohesive movement experience.

• Exploring shapes, pathways, and grounded movement
• Partner exercises to connect and express through movement
• A flowy choreography integrating all learned elements
