Sensual Embodiment Movement: Slowing Down & Creating Spark

What magic can happen when we’re each given space to breathe, slow down, and be attuned to what feels good just for ourselves?

As women, some of us may hold on to the belief that our bodies are not enough, or are too much. You are invited to accept and celebrate every shape, size, curve, and ability in you and a room full of remarkable others for the sacred practice of sensual embodiment movement.

In sensual embodiment movement, we can:

• Drop into self and notice parts yet to be discovered.
• Celebrate our beautiful bodies and spirits.
• Feel the invitation to evolve.
• Witness ourselves and each other in a beautiful, supportive community.

Sensual embodiment is a freestyle movement where deep presence, playfulness, and desire meet simultaneously.

On Saturday, March 29, we’ll build a sacred container to get curious, hold our bodies in reverence, move in ways that bring us back home to ourselves...and have fun!
