?18:45 Door opens. settle in the space, socialize, cleanse ritual, have some tea and fruits
?19:10 Door closes. Opening circle, welcome everyone. Team introduction. We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding and movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions, relax into our body & awareness and circule our life force energy. Set intention for the evening.
?19:15 Create a safe container by consenting to a few guidelines. We will introduce traffic light safe words: GREEN, YELLOW, RED
?19:20 We will play some small group and 1-on-1 connection practices, Learn powerful tools from ??????, ???????, ??????? ?????, feel co-regulation, nourishment & love
?19:40 Sensual magical dance journey with live DJ Leela. ? any style welcome: ???????? ?????, ??????? ?????????????, ????, ??????? ?????, ??????? ?????... we let go of words, communicate & connect through our bodies and let everything flows. ? music will be sensual & saucy ; )
there will be a few mattresses at the corners where you can explore more connections, massage, cuddle, energetic sensual play, shibari, eye-gazing or just meditate... ???♀️?♂️?♂️

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and intoxicants-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 20-50, a balanced group helps us feel safe and comfortable

Elina Zhang is the creator of Embodied Co-Loving who brings many lovely souls together to connect, transform, play, live & create in love, joy & freedom. She shares embodied wisdoms & practices of tantra, embodiment, somatic healing, conscious relating, co-regulation… and is trained in various trauma healing modalities, yoga, authentic relating & mindful compassion. She offers somatic coaching and facilitates heart-opening playgrounds, coliving around the world.
