This is the workshop! Heather and Chandra will be rotating in and giving feedback and helping you to smooth it all out!
Dive in and work on body movement, connection, musicality, and super cool movements! We will be working on flow of sensual basics into more complicated body movement patterns and styling.
Immerser yourself for this 4 hour workshop
11am-1pm and 2-4pm
We are going to cap this at 8 leaders and 8 follower to make sure we have enough hands on time with everyone. Make sure to reserve your spot!
