Sensoulry is an intimate, soul-stirring experience designed to awaken your senses and deepen your connection with yourself and your partner. Through a blend of partner poses, breathwork, sensuality exercises, R&B music, and crystal sound healing, you'll be guided into a space of playful yet profound connection.

A part of our soul flees the body when we experience trauma as a way to survive the experience. When left unhealed, this disconnection can dim our vitality and dull our relationships. Sensoulry offers a sacred space to reclaim those lost pieces, to move, breathe, and reconnect with your wholeness.
