About this Event

YOU MUST RESERVE A TICKET FOR EACH PERSON IN YOUR PARTY SO THAT WE DO NOT EXCEED THE MAX CAPACITY OF THE THEATER AND HAVE TO TURN PEOPLE AWAY

We are happy to offer this special Sensory Screening event. Join us on Sunday, July 14th, at 9:30 AM when doors open (MOVIE STARTS at 10:00) at Broadway Cinema in Eureka for a sensory-friendly viewing of Despicable Me 4. The movie run time is 1 hour and 34 minutes.

The concession stand will be open for you to purchase snacks and beverages. We are excited to host this event once again, but ask that you bring only your immediate family and/or support staff with you, as we are charged full ticket price per person for this event. As with all of our events, this event is only open to individuals with autism and their immediate family and/or support staff. Your free ticket reservation will help us keep from going over theater capacity. PLEASE be sure to cancel your order of tickets if you cannot attend the movie so that someone else can take the open spot.

What you can expect at one of our Sensory Screenings:
- Private Event. This event happens before regular business hours so there are far less people than normal.
- Lights Are Dimmed. The lights in the theatre are not turned all of the way off during the movie so that you can see if you need to walk around the room, and the light from the screen doesn't seem so bright.
- Free To Move Around. Because this is a private event, everyone is free to move around when they need to.
- Volume Is Down. The theatre lowers the movie volume to help keep is sensory friendly.
