This 30-minute Sensory-Friendly Cycle Express class is designed for neurodiverse riders, offering a calm, inclusive environment with lower music, low lighting, no color effects.This cycle class is open to ages 10+ (younger riders may join if they’re tall enough—generally 4'11" minimum).
Adults who prefer lights on for cycle are welcome to join.
Kids 15 and under Parents/Guardians are encouraged to join by signing up for an adult account and managing their child under a kids account to ensure safety and comfort. No experience required.
Join Tanya, Registered Behavior Technician and Special Education IA and H2L Cycle Instructor, on Sunday, June 28th at 1pm or July 19th a1pm
