About this Event
It’s tinker time! Explore art through the eyes of a builder with sensory friendly gallery activities, invent something unexpected, and create something great with special guests from the community as we learn about artists who build, plan, and engineer their art.
Sensory Exploration is a free program for families with children of all ages who are on the autism spectrum. Families will have time to explore artworks in the galleries and get creative during a hands-on, art-making experience! While the needs of individuals with autism are the focus of this program, it is also intended to be fun for parents, siblings (of all ages), and other relatives!
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation may be provided during this event upon advance request. Please send us an email [email protected] for more information.
Questions? Email [email protected] or call 817.989.5012.
This program is free, but reservations are required. Reservations open September 1.
