Sensory Energetics provides a scientifically grounded system that is both rooted in the ancient traditions of energy medicine and modern psychological practices. Participants are guided to harness their body’s energy systems not only to release stuck energy in their bodies, balance emotions, and enter a clear mind, but leave the session feeling light and full of energy.
This Sensory Energetics sessions creates a carefully held energetic and somatic container for internal transformation.
You will be guided through sensory and energetic impulses directed at pressure sensitive nodes within our fascia matrix and our biomagnetic field supporting the nervous system in releasing stored stress, survival patterns, and unconscious tension — allowing the body to return to balance and coherence.
Sensory Energetics works directly with the body’s regulatory systems rather than the rational mind, taking you into a state of dual awareness — being an aware witness of tremendous shifts taking place within the body.
Throughout the session, you can experience the rush of energy through your body, deep calm, clarity, increased energy availability, somatic tremors and emotional releases, and a profound sense of internal alignment.

Sensory Energetics is an advanced neuro-somatic method derived from ancient medical Qi Gong that works directly with the body’s innate intelligence to release the remnants of stuck stress and survival energy from our system – or more precisely from our facia matrix.
Through subtle touch, focused presence, and energetic calibration, you’re the bioelectric capacity of your fascia gets restored, your nervous system gets reorganised thereby blocked energy is released from cells and tissues.

PREPARATION
Here are some essential info for preparation:
🧭Try to stay veggie, without substances snd alcohol at lesst 24-48 hours prior to session to have the greatest effect on your system
🧭bring an extra (yoga) mat and blanket(s) (we will also provide some) for extra comfort
🧭 bring your waterbottle
🧭wear comfy clothes in light/ white colours
🧭make sure to have no appointments directly after the session - allow time to integrate the experience

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Generally, this is a very gentle modality and safe to attend. If you have any concerns, please reach out in advance.
However, please do not attend if:
Pregnant, having severe psychiatric conditions, epilepsy, a pacemaker, are currently in acute medical treatment, or have had a recent surgery with tissue damage.
