Join Andrea Lorusso, founder of Gardeum, for an exclusive six-hands sensory dining experience designed to explore the powerful relationship between scent and taste.
The evening begins with a guided sensory tasting of Gardeum fragrances, inviting guests to discover and interpret a selection of aromatic profiles. Each aroma will then be paired with a carefully crafted bite and signature cocktail, inspired by the same olfactory notes and transformed into edible form.
The journey continues with a 5-course tasting menu (40€), created to deepen the connection between fragrance and gastronomy through unexpected pairings, textures, and flavors.
