She’ll help schedule your visit and answer any questions to ensure a smooth and delightful experience. Spots are filled on a first-come first-served basis, however, preference is given to families with sensory or medical needs.

The mall will be closed to the public, ensuring a serene and comfortable experience. 🛍️✨ Businesses will remain closed, with dimmed lighting and no music, creating a gentle holiday atmosphere.
🎁 Personalized Time with Santa:
Families are scheduled in 5-minute time slots for photos, giving each child their special moment with Santa in a calm and supportive setting. 📸🎅
🕒 Flexible Arrival Options:
Families can arrive up to 30 minutes before their appointment, allowing children the time they need to ease into the space. 🧸 If flexibility is needed, we’ll adjust slots to accommodate everyone.
🎨 Staging Area for Families:
Relax in a quiet, comfortable waiting area with coloring books, quiet toys, and engaging activities—provided by United Way BC.
