Need some time to rest and recharge?Then, come along to this in person sound bath with my husband Andy, at the stunning Yoga Shed in Wickham Square.
Numbers are limited in order to keep everyone at a safe distance and with plenty of ventilation.
Starting with a short breathing practice you will then be invited to get yourself comfortable and cosy in a lying position to be bathed in the sounds of a variety of healing instruments including gongs, himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion.
