Seniors morning tea with film screening: Tea with the Dames[Rated M ] CC

Waverley Library welcomes you to attend a film screening of this month's movie and celebrate another wonderful year with our annual End of Year Seniors Morning Tea.

Tea with the Dames is a charming documentary that brings together four legendary British actresses who are also Dames- Maggie Smith, Judi Dench, Joan Plowright and Eileen Atkins. Every year they got together for a reunion at Plowright's country cottage, a home she shared with her late husband Laurence Olivier. They reminiscence on their extraordinary careers, discussing everything from stage and screen to the challenges of ageing and fame. With warmth and wit they reflect on their long standing friendships and poke fun at each other.

Morning tea will be served before the film starts.
