Senior Stroll: Geocaching Adventure at Milliken State ParkThursday, Nov. 14
9-11 a.m.
Join a naturalist for a casual stroll through one of our state parks or local historic areas. Each month, we’ll focus on a topic related to natural or cultural history. Wear your walking shoes and dress for the weather – we’ll go out rain, snow or shine! Meet at the designated location. Maps will be provided upon registration. Trail conditions vary - see descriptions. Bathrooms are available at each location.
You’re invited to join the world’s largest treasure hunt! Geocaching is an any-day, anytime adventure that can take you to amazing and beautiful places, or even just to a place in your town that you've never been before. Experienced geocachers from the Michigan Geocaching Organization will step you through how to create a (free!) geocaching account and installing the (free!) app on your phone, then walk with you as you find several geocaches within less than a mile walk of the OAC.
Preregistration is required. This is a free, outdoor event.
