Join Ross Drawbaugh, DPT, with Neff Physical Therapy York for this free - SENIOR STRENGTH SERIES, held from 3-4pm in the large conference room at the township building.These 1-hr informative workshops will be tailored to be engaging and beneficial to the group, including discussion/questions and some low impact fitness.
Each month will focus on a new topic:
February 3: Rotator Cuff Pain
February 17: Lower Back Pain
March 3: Knee Pain
March 17: Arthritis
