• You have at least 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps.
• You want to advance your career and be trusted by businesses and regulators.
• You want support in navigating your career. We are diverse, fight discrimination, and help to break the glass ceiling.

17 participants maximum. The workshop is free of charge for AI Guild members and is limited to 12 tickets. You can also ask your company to pay for your professional development (5 tickets, per ticket €1400 incl. VAT).

10.45 Introductions: You introduce a fellow practitioner to the group using the LinkedIn profile.

11.45 Pair work: You interview a fellow practitioner to build a draft competency profile (30 minutes each).
