About this Event

Join us on Wednesday, May 29, to celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness Day at the Center for Health & Wellbeing. This annual event is celebrated by tens of thousands of active older adults across the country, and we’re excited to bring the event to you.

At our event, our team of health and wellbeing professionals will share educational and inspiring messages to encourage you on your personal wellbeing journey. We’ll also guide you through a calming and empowering tai chi demonstration, followed by a lively and interactive panel discussion moderated by Patrick Faulk, Center Director at the Crosby Wellness Center, featuring several experts including: Trevor Hicks, DPT, Senior Director of Clinical Integration at the Winter Park Health Foundation; Megan Burditt, Wellness Navigator at the Crosby Wellness Center; Laura Varich, MD, certified lifestyle medicine physician; and Liz Kitchens, author and teaching artist.

Plus, we will be serving nourishing, delicious and healthy lifestyle refreshments, provided by Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen. We’ll also be raffling off several great prizes from our Center for Health & Wellbeing partners.

This program is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with Crosby Wellness Center.
