This conceptual, devised work examines why we struggle to come to terms with our mortality, inviting audiences to reflect on the choices that shape our lives. Presented as a non-linear series of scenes, it introduces a range of characters — wistful, funny and tragic — each offering a different perspective on life, loss and meaning.
Set against the metaphorical backdrop of a 1960s cocktail party, the production reveals a world where guests are so immersed in distraction and social performance that reality becomes an unwelcome intrusion.
