Seniors 55+ are invited to shake their groove thing during our new Senior Dance and Movement Hour! During this FREE class, participants will get their blood flowing and muscles moving! No dance experience or coordination needed! Just come and have fun! The Senior Dance and Movement Class will occur weekly on Wednesdays from 10a-11a.
