🚤 Windermere Day Trip – HAF SEND Family Trip
Join Friends – Play for Disabled Children for an unforgettable summer day out to the beautiful Lake District!
This trip is part of the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Programme and is exclusively for families with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are eligible for HAF.
Enjoy a fantastic day exploring Windermere, including a scenic cruise across England's largest lake, a visit to The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, and the magical live show Happy Birthday Peter Rabbit.
There will also be plenty of free time to explore the picturesque town of Bowness-on-Windermere, browse the independent shops, enjoy the lakeside atmosphere or simply relax and take in the stunning scenery.

Coach Information
📍 Pick-up & Drop-off: Central Link Children's Centre, Peter Street, St Helens, WA10 2EB
🚌 Depart St Helens: 8:30am (please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure)
🚌 Depart Windermere: 5:30pm
Transport will be provided by 2 coaches.

- This activity is for eligible HAF SEND families only.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the trip.
- Please wear suitable clothing and comfortable footwear, as this is a full day out with walking involved.
- Families are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
