Immerse yourself in cozy ambiance and savour the finest Western Australian ingredients through the 5-course dinner, crafted to embody the flavours of the season, complemented by the most celebrated icon Vasse Felix wines from the renowned Margaret River region.

• Prawn in Marie Rose sauce paired with Vasse Felix Filius Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
  Prawn in a tomato flavoured sauce with a green twist of avocado, cos lettuce, complemented with a hint of vodka and lime.
  Paired with Vasse Felix Filius SBS displaying fresh lime curd, passionfruit pulp, guava and lemon sorbet with a rounded, fleshy fruit finish.

• Creamy pumpkin soup (V) paired with Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay
  Home-made style aniseed flavoured pumpkin soup, with smoked paprika croutons and roasted pumpkin seeds.
  Served with Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay bursting with citrus peel, green apple, nashi pear, white peach and nectarine with a creamy and soft chalky texture.

• Grilled Salmon (G, N) paired with Vasse Felix Premier Chardonnay
  A delightful grilled salmon dish with Parmesan risotto cake, buttered Swiss chard and lobster bisque.
  Matched with Vasse Felix Premier Chardonnay. Notes of white peach, pear and green plum with a rich core of lemon, a hint of ginger, custard and delicate peach.

• Herb & nut crusted lamb rack paired with Vasse Felix Premier Syrah
  Roasted to perfection lamb cutlets with potato gratin, Brussels sprouts and baby carrots in shallot jus.
  Succulently paired with Vasse Felix Premier Syrah, a cool climate style with fresh bright raspberry coulis and cherry wood with a hint of hickory. A fine, mineral finish.

• Red wine poached pear (N) paired with Vasse Felix Cane Cut Semillon
  Sweet-woody cinnamon-flavoured poached pear with vanilla ice cream and honey caramel glaze.
  Finished with Vasse Felix Cane Cut Semillon displaying a light and delicate palate, yet creamy and rich finish. A bold sweetness with elegant floral length.
