With 50 years of dedicated training, including time as an uchi deshi under Morihiro Saito Shihan in Iwama, Japan, Kayla Shihan brings a deep understanding of Aikido’s traditions and a passion for holistic practice. Her teaching style emphasizes inclusivity and personal growth, making Aikido accessible to all.
