This training supports care partners in recognizing and responding to the emotional and physical impact of caregiving. Participants will explore the differences between burnout and compassion fatigue, understand how chronic stress affects the brain and body, and identify early warning signs. Through practical, relatable strategies, the session introduces simple self-care techniques that can be integrated into even the busiest routines, helping care partners sustain their well-being while continuing to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
