In ring training open to all, with an opportunity at a spot on the show to all with proper gear who are able and safe to do so!!!
In ring seminar with Mad Dog Maxx, covering basics like break falls, running the ropes, corner postings, climbing the ropes through to spring boards, wrestling moves, submissions, psychology, match structure and of course what we pride ourselves most on here at PWL - technical wrestling!!!!!!
The seminar will be held in ring at our venue - Bilston Sports & Social Club, WV14 6AY ahead of our show on Saturday 18th April, all trainees and beginners of any level are welcome, but for that matter so are any wrestlers near or far who want to brush up on their wrestling skill, all wrestlers with proper gear and who are safe and ready, will be given the opportunity to feature on the show later on!!!!!!!
