Waiver of Liability

I hereby release cfsemiformal, event sponsors, employees, and staff from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while attending or participating in the June Semi Formal at Brittania Rd. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cfsemi2023 employees for liabilities, costs, and judgments arising from acts or omissions committed by me or my child which result in injury or damage to any person or property.

Fitness to Participate

The Participant acknowledges that they have no physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent them from participating in the June Semi Formal at Brittania Rd.

Denial of Entry

The Participant acknowledges that cfsemi2023 and  Brittania Rd Venue space reserve the right to remove or deny anyone admittance to the June Semi Formal at Brittania Rd without prior notice, for any reason.

Protection of Property

I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to safeguard my personal property while attending the June Semi Formal at Brittania Rd. I here by release cfsemi2023, Brittania Rd Venue space, event sponsors, employees, and staff from all liability for loss or damage to my personal property while attending or participating in the June Semi Formal at Brittania Rd. I also agree to abide by any rules, regulations, and policies set forth by cfsemi2023 and Brittania Rd Venue space.

Photo Release

I hereby authorize any images or video footage taken of my youth (under 18 years of age), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the cfsemi2023 Instagram, Youtube, and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotional presentations and marketing campaigns.

RULES & REGULATIONS

* No weapons of any kind

* No vaping or smoking at the event or anywhere on the premises

* No consumption of alcohol at the event or anywhere on the premises

* All sales are final

* No inappropriate behavior in the club

* No vandalism

* No abusive language

* No ticket transfers
