About this Event

SYNOPSIS: Layla and JJ navigate the complexities of girlhood and friendship as they grapple with what it means to love and be loved. From age twelve to age eighteen, they build a world together, creating their own vocabulary to define unexplainable emotions and sharing secrets and fears. They hurt each other both physically and emotionally while clinging to the love they have for each other and the sanctuary of their friendship.
