The Selfcare Women’s Circle is where women can feel good about themselves again, together with other women. It is a nice combination of deep relaxation, journaling, affirmations and sharing your experience with others in a safe space.

For women who want to join other growth-seeking individuals on a healing journey! This women’s circle is all about connecting with yourself and feeling good about yourself.
