Then gift yourself this intimate healing experience. Prepare to be surprised by your own power and the unmatched vibrations of a women’s circle! My name is Ayesha Noelle, I am an Applied Psychologist and will guide you during this experience.

What can you expect?

The Selfcare Women’s Circle is where women can heal together. It is a nice combination of deep relaxation, journaling, affirmations and sharing your experience with others in a safe space. And occasionally letting out any frustration through screaming, punching a bag and dancing.

We’ll be using physical & emotional embodiment to free your body and mental activation to calm your mind.

Who is this workshop for?

For women who want to join other growth-seeking individuals on a healing journey! This women’s circle is all about connecting with yourself and letting go of any mental baggage.

This is truly an extraordinary event for all the conscious humans seeking to release the old, and invite abundance, joy, and energy into their life!
