Join Feral Binds for a deep dive into connection, compression, and curious movement as you dip your toes into a few of the many intersections of play that a bondage practice has to offer.
In this playful and supportive adults only Self Tie Intensive, expect to tap into inner power dynamics and lean into new spaces of play that will leave you tuned in, turned on, and even a little breathless.
Campers can expect to leave with a working understanding of fundamental binds and how they work best with their own bodies.
We are using an aerial hammock for a portion of the day. You may bring your own or rent one from the studio upon arrival for $10.
Hemp ropes from Twisted Monk will be provided during class and also available for purchase from your instructor.
Suitable for beginners and those looking to expand and refresh their existing rope/aerial yoga practice.
Please come dressed comfortably in layers including form fitting clothing. A sports bra and shorts are ideal. Having direct skin contact will heighten the sensory pleasures as you feel the tug and slide across the skin, and will provide a better connection in the aerial hammock.
Please bring water and snacks. There will be a 30 minute social/snack break as we transition over to the hammocks.
