Feeling lost or Stuck?

This workshop is a great way to reset and refocus but most importantly making sure our participants understand the importance of continuing self development, self love and accountability when we walk out the doors. The work on ourselves never stops, and the self seen brotherhood never stops!

We strive to normalise men using healthy tools to empower themselves for a better life. We encourage and empower men to change the way they show up for themselves, which in turn allows them to step forward into empowerment and change their lives for the better. Not only for themselves, but for their families and the community!

We encourage you to pay so we know you’re committed. We allow payment options: $10-$20 per week to cover your ticket. We don’t do this to make money, $100 won’t even cover costs. What to expect:

Breath work: Conscious breathing techniques can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase energy levels. By focusing on your breath, you can quiet the mind and tap into your inner wisdom.

Regular breathwork practice can also strengthen your immune system, improve respiratory function, and even reduce chronic pain.

Ice baths: After the ice bath, one may experience a sense of accomplishment, relief, and rejuvenation. The body can feel invigorated and refreshed, while the mind may feel clearer and more resilient. Overall, the emotions can vary from initial discomfort to a sense of renewed vitality and satisfaction.

Values: find out what are your principles and standards.

Forgiveness: An intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger.

Journaling: A simple process to add to your daily routine. As well as life admin.

Identity: You'll explore identity in an interactive session aimed at building a renewed sense of self, and at aligning your daily life with your values.
