What is Self Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release involves methods aimed at relieving tension and tightness in muscles. Myofascia, the precise term for muscles, is enveloped in nerve-rich connective tissue called fascia. Every muscle fiber is intricately wrapped in this fascia, making a "muscle" essentially a "myofascial structure." Without fascia, there is no muscle.

This workshop empowers you to release inhibited muscle tissue, often referred to as trigger points, knots, or muscle spasms. The result? What can you expect from this workshop?
After 90 minutes of instruction and practice, you will take home two sizes of massage balls, as well as knowledge about techniques to self massage for different muscles. Learn self massage techniques for feet, hips, shoulders, forearms, hands, and anything else we have time for!
