About this Event
Join us for a nurturing, creative workshop centered on self-acceptance, confidence, and inner connection. Through guided reflection, participants will create a personal mantra or sacred word for inspiration and identity, then bring it to life by crafting a fabric heart symbolizing self-love and belonging. This hands-on experience offers space to slow down, reconnect, and leave with a meaningful keepsake to support continued self-compassion and confidence.
- The workshop begins with a brief introduction, sharing the purpose, cultural background, and significance of mantras or sacred words, highlighting their power to foster self-love.
- Participants are then guided through a visualization for self-exploration, helping them connect with a personal sacred word that brings power, safety, peace, and confidence.
- Following this, they engage in a hands-on activity, creating a hand-sewn fabric heart that incorporates their chosen word, using the process as a mindful practice of self-love and acceptance.
- The session concludes with an opportunity to share and connect with others, reflecting on the meaning of their sacred words and hearts, and leaving with a tangible symbol to carry forward their self-love, confidence, and self-acceptance.
