Are you ready to start creating a unconditional loving relationship with yourself? Are you ready to show yourself grace, and compassion? Are you ready to nurture yourself in the way that you deserve? Join Alicia Richardson in an evening of all things self love and self care.
We will begin in a cacao ceremony, allowing our hearts and minds to soften and open. Next we'll dive deep into how/why we sabotage our mental and physical wellbeing, and how we can better love ourselves unconditionally. The night will end in a soothing, nurturing Sound Bath with Cory Bailey-Fernandez, to seal in all of that new love and compassion you have cultivated for yourself.
You will leave with practical and manageable tools to step into loving yourself the way you always desired.
Come dressed in your pjs for complete relaxation in this judgment free space.
