About this Event
Join Arianna Dela Rosa (Empowerment Coach) and Trivia Edwards (Wellness Practitioner), for a transformative 3-hour wellness retreat dedicated to nurturing self-love and empowerment. This retreat offers a sacred space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to engage in wellness practices that foster self-connection, reflection, and empowerment.
Scientific research supports the profound impact of self-compassion and self-love on mental and emotional well-being. By reducing anxiety, depression, anger, and loneliness, and fostering self-support and encouragement, these practices empower us to navigate life with greater resilience and confidence.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll explore the foundational pillars of self-love and learn practical ways to integrate them into your daily life, enabling you to show up with more love, compassion, and empowerment. The experience will culminate in a community reflection session, where you’ll receive actionable coaching from Empowerment Coach Arianna.
