Learning Target: I will show myself love by learning how to say no to things that do not bring peace and happiness to my spirit and letting go of any guilt that may be associated with saying no.Join Amber Broihier in practicing whole Self Love on Sundays at Jenstar! Each class will include time for quiet introspection, sharing (if you feel comfortable), meditation, journaling and a variety of tools and strategies focused on the learning target of the week. Themes will vary week to week and the formatting of the class may change slightly with each topic, but expect to feel loved and supported as you journey inward towards a deeper, more connected relationship with your whole self. Together, we will learn•grow•love.
Location & Time: ***Jenstar @11:00 (if I am not in the studio, please walk around to the right on the side of the building. We will be outside.
Cost: $25 (ages 12-17 are free with paid adult)
