Join Amber Broihier in practicing whole Self Love on Sundays at Jenstar! Each class will include time for quiet introspection, sharing (if you feel comfortable), meditation, journaling and a variety of tools and strategies focused on the learning target of the week. Themes will vary week to week and the formatting of the class may change slightly with each topic, but expect to feel loved and supported as you journey inward towards a deeper, more connected relationship with your whole self. Together, we will learn•grow•love.Learning Target: I will show myself love by reflecting, naming and discovering what I love to do and bringing intentionality into doing what I love each and every day.
Cost: $25 (ages 12-17 are free with paid adult)
******please dress in layers as we may have class outdoors, depending on the weather. If it is raining, it will be indoors.
