Learning Target: I will show myself love by processing my current environment and identify areas that I would like to make changes so that my daily environment (home, work, people) support a positive loving life that I thrive in. You will walk away with a variety of ideas you can incorporate in your environment that feel right for you.
Join Amber Broihier in practicing whole Self Love on Sundays at Jenstar! Each class will include time for quiet introspection, sharing (if you feel comfortable), meditation, journaling and a variety of tools and strategies focused on the learning target of the week. Themes will vary week to week and the formatting of the class may change slightly with each topic, but expect to feel loved and supported as you journey inward towards a deeper, more connected relationship with your whole self. Together, we will learn•grow•love.
Cost: $25 (ages 12-17 are free with paid adult)
