Learning Target: I will show myself love by identifying loving words I need to hear and practice saying to myself each and every day so that I start to believe them as my truth. You will walk away with personalized affirmations you need to say to you along with a variety of tools and strategies you can practice and use at home.
Join Amber Broihier in practicing whole Self Love on Sundays at Jenstar! Each class will include time for quiet introspection, sharing (if you feel comfortable), meditation, journaling and a variety of tools and strategies focused on the learning target of the week. Themes will vary week to week and the formatting of the class may change slightly with each topic, but expect to feel loved and supported as you journey inward towards a deeper, more connected relationship with your whole self. Together, we will learn•grow•love.
Cost: $25 (ages 12-17 are free with paid adult)
