*Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you'd like to support your practice, such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, blocks, or an eye pillow for extra comfort. I do have a limited supply of mats, blankets, and blocks available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but bringing your own ensures you'll have everything you need for a cozy and relaxing experience.
