The event begins with a rejuvenating all levels mat Pilates session lead by Whitney Remington, owner of GetFit by Whit, a pilates and corrective exercise specialist, focused on mindful movement and strength. After class, guests can enjoy a selection of thoughtfully curated snack foods and light bites while mingling and unwinding. A short wellness lecture will follow, offering practical insights on gut health, hormones and inspiration for everyday well-being. To round out the experience, guests can sip on mimosas (with non-alcoholic options available; 21+ for alcoholic beverages) and take home a curated bag of wellness goodies as a thank-you for attending. This event is all about movement, learning, and leaving feeling refreshed and recharged.
