Self-Love, Self Care Day

Welcome to the Self-Love, Self Care Day event! Join us for a day dedicated to pampering yourself and practicing self-care. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. This in-person event will be held at the FERC Oakland Office. Come and indulge in activities that promote self-love and well-being. We'll be making floral arrangements, self-care bingo cards and affirmations, an open mic, and making easy and fun face masks to take home. We will also have fun activities for all ages! So bring your friends and family and don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize yourself and your mental health. We will also provide food, snacks, and beverages. See you there!
