A guided, low-pressure creative journaling session using mixed materials and thoughtful prompts. No experience needed—this is about self-expression, not perfection.

💃 Salsa & Latin Dance Movement
A fun, beginner-friendly movement session focused on joy, rhythm, and feeling good in your body. Come ready to move at your own pace.

As part of our self-care experience, we’re hosting a hygiene product donation drive to support SafeNest, a local organization providing resources and safety to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.

If you’re able, please consider bringing new, unopened hygiene items to donate. Small acts of care can make a big impact.
