Self Love : Healing and Sound Bath

This Valentine's Day, invest time and care to the most important person in your life: you!

We'll spend some time writing meaningful affirmations to honor ourselves, then relax into a healing sound bath for integration.

Each participant will receive a self love goodie bag as a part of the event. Please contact me if you have any food allergies or sensitivities to soaps/fragrances!

Everything around you, including your body and cells, resonates. During illness or times of stress, you may resonate at a lower frequency. This may feel like sluggishness, brain fog, or lethargy. By tuning your body to specific, higher frequencies we can unblock and reawaken your cells that are out of resonance and promote healing in the body and mind.

The ancient resonant medicine of Sound Healing utilizes tuning forks, crystal sound bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, rattles and other instruments to lead you into a hypnogogic state - a state between wakefulness and sleep. This practice increases the theta waves produced by your brain, which encourages creativity and healing in your life.

Shirley is the Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Life Coach, and maker behind Yishi Healing, where she blends her knowledge of many healing modalities to help people reach their full potential through body, mind, and spirit.

Studio precautions:

The studio is equipped with an air purifier which runs between each class/session. Mats are wiped down by studio managers to ensure cleanliness. There is a limited number of seating to accommodate social distancing.
