My Self-love for Girls workshop is BACK for Easter!EARLY BIRD OFFER WITH A 15% SAVING AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED UNTIL MARCH 31st, 2025.
This 75 minute session aims to create a warm, heart-opening space where girls can connect to themselves and with one another as they explore the empowering journey of self-love.
Through gentle yoga, Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), affirmations, and a meaningful creative project, girls gain valuable tools to cultivate self-compassion, gratitude, and a deep appreciation for their unique inner being.
This workshop encourages girls to build a practice of self-love that nourishes their hearts and minds, helping them embrace their true selves with kindness and gratitude. In the presence of supportive peers, each girl will leave with a stronger sense of self-worth and an inspiring foundation for lifelong self-care.
Includes a take-home creation to continue with this nurturing and uplifting practice.
Your girl can join me at the spacious and welcoming Ebb and Flow Wellness Studio on Wednesday April 9th, 2025.
