Self Love Day Retreat

Traditionally Valentine’s Day is a day associated with romantic love — but at its core, it’s really about love itself, and love isn’t limited to romantic partners.

Turning Valentine’s Day into a self-love day can be incredibly powerful. It’s a chance to:

• Honour yourself – celebrate your own worth and accomplishments.
• Nourish your body and soul – take time for things that make you feel cared for.
• Reflect on what you love about yourself – your strengths, resilience, quirks and dreams.
• Set boundaries or intentions – love yourself enough to say no to things that drain you and yes to things that nurture you.

Emma Kennedy & Emma Hewitt invite you to join us for a Self-Love Retreat Day on Saturday 14 February, 2.30–6.30pm, in Forest Hill, South East London.

We’ll be leading you through a series of gorgeous activities designed to help you feel deeply loved and nurtured.

The afternoon will include:

• Reflecting on how lovable we are and what we love about ourselves
• Journaling moments
• Gentle and nourishing group activities
• Heart-centred energy healing
• A drumming circle moment
• A gorgeous Holy Fire® Reiki meditation with World Peace Reiki
• A lovely break with nourishing teas and snacks
• Ending the afternoon with a delicious gong / sound bath from Emma Kennedy

Together we’ll be releasing blocks to self-love and giving ourselves the time and space to celebrate ourselves and what lovely creatures we are.

Singles, couples, partnerships and those in relationships are all welcome. We are all on a journey back to self-love, whatever our relationship status.

Emma Kennedy – Sound Healer

Emma has been on her healing journey for the last 15 years and is a sound therapist, artist and poet rooted in the shamanic way. She is always learning and growing and has a special interest in collecting and crafting unusual and sacred instruments to create beautiful soundscapes.

Having been on a lifelong journey of overcoming trauma and learning how to cherish herself, Emma is passionate about the joys of learning to love and accept herself, so this workshop is especially close to her heart.

Emma has been holding events for over 4 years – including drumming circles, women’s voice & drum workshops, Family Constellation Workshops, Reiki Training & Reiki Rejuvenation Evenings & Tarot Workshops. Emma is dedicated to helping people shed blocks and conditioning so they can return to their true authentic selves. And a great believer in the power of love and self love to heal not only ourselves but also the world.
