Focused on self-love and personal expression, this beginner-friendly class encourages individuals to break through self-doubt and embrace movement without fear or judgment. Janet believes that everyone can dance, but often, internal barriers hold us back. With thoughtful guidance, she aims to help participants build confidence, find joy in movement, and develop a deeper connection with themselves through dance.
