Immerse yourself in exercises and techniques that invite you to slow down, tune in, and nurture your needs and desires. This time is dedicated entirely to your well-being, celebrating and prioritizing your journey towards self-love in a supportive and safe environment. The invitation is to come as you are.

You will be able to participate in carefully curated exercises that will illuminate your path to self-love and personal growth, allowing you to see the beauties in the small details of everyday life, and to experience bliss wherever and whenever.

And leave feeling rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of purpose and love, with a deeper understanding of how to experience love.

What to Bring:

A Personal Altar Item: Contribute an item to our communal altar to symbolize your intentions. You'll take this back at the end, infused with the circle's energy.

Journal and Pen: Document your insights and breakthroughs.

Yoga Mat if handy: Comfort is key (limited mats available on-site).

Blanket: For added warmth and comfort during our sessions.
