This gathering to tune into self. Svādhyāya, Sanskrit for Self Study. The longest relationship you have is the one with yourself. Pour into you with love, gratitude, compassion & forgiveness. It matters how you treat yourself, & I am here to be a mirror & guide to this deeper connection with self.

This is a sacred gathering, which means every piece is intentional from the moment you begin to get ready to arrive. Until you prep yourself for sleep! The ceremony begins and ends with you; this gathering is a sacred stop on the journey.

Itinerary:

6:30pm- Arrival & Check in

6:40pm- Ceremony begins

•Gratitude & Blessing

•Intention setting & Breath work

(optional journal session)

•Yoga Flow

•Sound Bath

(Optional Journal session w/introspection questions)

•Creative activity w/Affirmations

8:00pm- Closing ceremony

Optional Group photo after closing out

How to prepare:

•Slow down

•Take a deep breath & set your intention

•When putting an outfit together, allow for a flow of intuition to guide you. Choosing what represents love & your divine inner spirit! Something flowy & breathable so energy has a place to move and color(s) to enhance or ground into your vibe.

If you find yourself thinking too much about it, pause and shake it out for 1 min. Pivot. Choose something comfortable that you feel good in and move along in your flow. Tis not meant to be overwhelming

•Grab your journal & water bottle (or tea)

•Say something kind to yourself and head out the door

Upon arrival, if you’re early, settle in, turn devices off, and find a space you feel called to. We will begin right at 6:40pm!

If you arrive late, come in mindfully. Respecting the space, your peers, and me. Quietly put your things down, turn your devices off & find a seat.

The door will close & lock at 7:00pm
