Self Love & Stillness is an intimate Galentine’s Day healing experience curated by Mama Matrix to create space for rest, reflection, and connection. This two-hour gathering invites women and mothers to slow down, breathe deeply, and pour back into themselves through gentle movement, guided meditation, reflective writing, and community conversation.In the midst of busy lives and constant giving, this experience is a reminder that self-love is not selfish it is necessary. Whether you’re partnered, single, healing, or simply craving stillness, you are welcome here.
