Self-Love & Self-Care Workshop! Be Your Own Valentine

You get to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Feb 14th: whether it's with your significant other or maybe a fun Galentine’s! But here is an opportunity AFTER Valentine's Day, to come enjoy of evening of loving and caring for yourself!

Come join a cool evening workshop where you’ll be lead through several fun & insightful activities that will help you feel better about yourself, and give you some tools to help you in the future.

Without spoiling the surprises, some of the activities will include a heart-centered meditation, working with affirmations, creating a “Bliss List”’, completing a Goddess Archetype activity, as well as some tips and writing activities for manifesting a romantic relationship or deeper appreciation for the one you have.

*Date & Time of Workshop: Monday evening February 16th 2026,

*Time: 6:30pm-8pm (estimating)

*Address of Workshop: 13911 Dove Hollow Dr, San Antonio, TX 78232 (White single-story house with a black roof and tall bushes out in the lawn.

*Parking: There may be 1 open car slot in my driveway, first come first serve who takes that slot; otherwise there are a few street parking spots in the circle, but it’s a cul-de-sac so limited area, but no worries: there is plenty of free street parking along Pecan Hollow Dr by the house.

I only have 4 of these workbooks left in my possession, that’s why there’s only 4 VIP tickets this time, until I can order more.

**General Admission (bring your own journal for activities) $15

What to Wear: Be sure to wear LOOSE clothing that can be rolled up on both your legs and arms for one of our activities.

What to Bring: I have a long couch and lots of pillows, but please bring your own yoga mat to sit on the floor with. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Bring your diary or a journal for some writing activities and a fast-flowing ink pen.

**Bring your favorite body lotion or body oil, BUT DON’T APPLY IT BEFORE THE WORKSHOP! We will do a special activity with it. I will provide some lotions and oil options if you don’t have any, but I mention to bring your own lotion in case you have skin sensitivities and only like or can use a specific kind on yourself.
